We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, we do not accept refunds. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received the item. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on receipt to you.
To complete your exchange, we require:
– A receipt or proof of purchase.
– Photos of the defected item in the original mail packaging you have received it in.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
Items cannot be exchanged.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not return or replace items because you have changed your mind about your order.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
